Aspire Max's development methodology involves a number of stages from inception to launch. Before a project commences we will provide you with a written quote outlining deliverables, timeframes and any costs. We typically work on a fixed cost basis so that you know any fees prior to commencement of any work.

Once a services agreement has been signed, we will undertake a number of steps, which are summarized below. The projects are managed by a dedicated project manager who will be your main liaison during the development. We use project tracking tools and monitoring of deliverables so you are aware of the project status at any time.
